The Tarot plug-in, developed by George Stephanis, makes use of WordPress’s new Gutenberg system for post and page layout. Just add a new ‘Tarot’ block to your post and it will generate a random 3-card spread! The default graphics are Pamela Colman Smith’s original black-and-white line-art, but you can switch that to use my 8-Bit Tarot under a setting in ‘Writing’ section of your dashboard! The sample layout above uses the default css settings, but that can also be tweaked to match your site!
Here! Have another!
And you can download the plug-in for your own site here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tarot/
Greetings, all!
It’s fall in Portland again, and that means that Rose City Comic Con is here! From Friday Sept. 7 through Sunday the 9th I’ll tabling in Artist Alley again this year at table T-09.
I’ll have Tiny Glowing Galaxy pins, Super 8-bit Tarot decks, my Monster Minicomics and TMBG Lincoln tribute minis, and copies of the first War of the Worlds folio (folio number 2 coming in 2019!). I’ll also be giving out free samples of Ellie Connelly Chapter 1. I’m hoping to do a lot of drawing at the table as well, so come on down and commission a custom full-color sketchcard or character portrait!
Come out to the Convention Center, say howdy, ask me about my Patreon plans for 2019, and pick up a free sample comic! See you this weekend!

Show up at my table in full Frank-N-Furter cosplay, I WILL take a picture with you!
Morning, all! There’s a few things I’m thinking about this week, thought I’d actually use this blog to get some of them out there.
The Kickstarter for my Tiny Glowing Galaxy enamel pins continues to go strong, topping $900 in total pledges as of this morning! There’s still a week or so to go before it wraps up, so there’s still time for you to jump on it. If you miss the pre-order, don’t worry: I’ll still have plenty left over to bring to conventions like Rose City Comicon, where I’ll be set up in Artist’s Alley this September. I’m really happy with the way the campaign has gone (Kickstarter’s built-in discovery features have been a boon!), and am seriously planning to run all of my projects through Kickstarter in the future. This includes all printed booklets and art projects, and possibly even future pins and pin sets.
Hey, all! Next week I’ll be launching a simple pre-order Kickstarter campaign for my first ever enamel pin! It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, and I’m really excited about seeing these little beauties become a reality. With glow-in-the-dark stars, UV-reactive ink in the Planets, and a Rainbow-finish to the metal, these are going to be some epically colorful little pins!
The plan is to launch the campaign on Monday with the pre-order price for the pins set at $12 +shipping. To encourage folks to jump on the pre-order early, I’ve got ten Early Bird slots, each priced at only $10 with free shipping! I’ll be rewarding my loyal Patreon supporters by making those slots available a full 24 hours before I launch the campaign publicly, so if you want to be included on that discount just head over to my Patreon page, sign up at the $1 level*, and keep an eye on your email this weekend for the announcement!
*Don’t worry, you won’t get charged right away – I only charge my Patrons when I finish a project, like my current chapter of Ellie Connelly, which is still probably a month or more from completion!
