I love the world, and if I have to sue for custody / I will sue for custody!
Lincoln, track 16: Stand On Your Own Head. (Listen on iTunes)
This song never made any sense to me, it just felt like it was filled with one non-sequitur after another. Which in its way was pretty brilliant. The song doesn’t build to anything, it doesn’t have any message, it just is what it is, and is damned unapologetic. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this song was written about Portland.
